Macaronia!

Macaron or macaroon? macaroni ? no no no. Macaron is a dainty french cookie which looks like a mini burger. Anyone who sees it for the first time would fall in love with its cuteness, just like when you first saw nicely decorated cupcake. It's so cute, colourful & not to mention tastily sweet too. Last Friday I had my first bite of macaron. Bought it from Whisk Espresso Bar & Bake Shop at Empire Gallery, Subang. I bought 20pcs which cost me rm30. Half of it were shared with friends. Love the almond taste & amount of ganache was just right. not too much or too little. Now no need to travel far to Laduree or Pierre Herme in France or even Singapore just to get a box of macarons.

June oh June

It's almost mid-half of June & already half of the year. My birthday just around the corner & soon I'll be like late 20's..isk isk isk... Time goes by really fast. However last Friday while having lunch with some colleagues, a colleague of a colleague( or a friend of a friend ? ) were guessing on my age. Her guess was I'm 23 years old haha.  Dunno if it was random guess or I really do look 23 :)


By the way for my soon to come birthday, I dream any of these bracelets or necklaces from House of Harlow 1960 :)
